Free Email Domain Filter
Free Email Domain Filter
The Hightoolia Email Domain Filter is a free online tool designed to make bulk email list filtering easier. If you have a large email database containing Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, business and other email domains, you can quickly select the domains you need and create a separate email list.
Instead of manually filtering thousands or millions of email addresses in Excel, simply paste your emails or upload a TXT, CSV or XLSX file. The tool automatically identifies the domains available in your list and shows the number of emails found for every domain.
How Does the Email Domain Filter Work?
The tool reads email addresses from your list and identifies the domain after the @ symbol. For example, an address such as john@gmail.com belongs to the gmail.com domain, while a user@example.com address belongs to the example.com domain.
After analyzing the list, Hightoolia displays all detected domains along with their available email counts. You can then select one or multiple domains and choose how many emails you want from each domain.
Upload TXT, CSV or XLSX Email Lists
You do not have to manually copy a large email database. The tool supports common file formats including TXT, CSV and XLSX. You can also paste emails directly into the input box.
- TXT email lists
- CSV email databases
- XLSX Excel files
- Copy and paste email lists
Filter a Specific Number of Emails From Each Domain
One useful feature is the per-domain quantity option. Suppose your database contains 10,000 Gmail addresses, 5,000 Yahoo addresses and 3,000 Outlook addresses, but you only need 500 Gmail, 200 Yahoo and 100 Outlook emails.
Simply select each domain and enter the required quantity. The tool will return only the requested number of available emails from each selected domain.
Get All Emails From a Domain
If you want every available email from a particular domain, leave the quantity field empty or enter ALL. The tool will then include all available emails from that selected domain.
Mix Emails From Multiple Domains
The Mix Emails option is useful when you do not want your result grouped by domain. When enabled, the selected email domains are distributed throughout the final result using a balanced mixing method.
For example, if you select Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook, the resulting list will contain emails from the selected domains throughout the output rather than placing every Gmail address first and every Yahoo address afterward.
Download Filtered Email Lists
After filtering, you can download the result in several formats. This makes the tool useful for spreadsheets, databases and other applications.
- TXT: Simple line-by-line email list.
- CSV: Useful for spreadsheet and database workflows.
- XLSX: Useful for Microsoft Excel and compatible spreadsheet software.
Can I Process Very Large Email Lists?
There is no artificial fixed email-count limit built into this tool. It is designed to handle large lists, but the practical amount that can be processed depends on the user's browser, computer memory, file size and device performance.
Very large files may take longer to load and process in a browser. For extremely large databases, splitting the source file into smaller parts can provide better performance.
Why Use an Email Domain Filter?
Large email databases often contain addresses from many different providers and business domains. Manually finding and separating specific domains can take considerable time.
An email domain filter automates this repetitive task. You can identify domains, select the domains you need, specify quantities and download the final list without creating complicated spreadsheet formulas.
